   For more than 15 years, the trail connecting Pananaogan to the town of Bato  

  remains undone.  With the efforts of the provincial government, the LGU of Bato

  and residents of Pananaogan, the 15 year-trail is now a ROAD.

Governor Boboy points toward the mountain range of Sipi, Bato showing to Dr. Ed Cayabyab of the Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Post Harvest some huge trees which could be possible alternative tramline posts for the installation of the tramline system in the area. The governor personally accompanied Dr. Ed and the rest of the team who conducted the preliminary site evaluation prior to the setting up of the tramline facility.
